On going Projects.
Here you will find a summary of projects and reformers in daily
operation.

Domestic Energy Station.
In a project, funded by the Ministry of Environment,
Baden-Württemberg, Germany the FLOX reformer compact has
been integrated in a PEM-fuel cell system in the 4kW range. The fuel cell and
the system integration is done by ZSW (Centre of Solar Energy and
Hydrogen Research, Stuttgart. Easy, stable control and high
electric efficiency at maximized power density are the goals. The first
tests in the lab clearly reveal the potential for
commercialization.

CUTE: Hydrogen for Fuel Cell Busses.
In May, 2003 the first FLOX Reformer modular,
type m50/p with a hydrogen capacity of 50 Nm³/h went on line. Within the
European C UTE-Project CarboTech Engineering deliverd a container-based
solution to the Spanish energy company Repsol. She operates the hydrogen fueling
station for three of in total 20 Mercedes-Benz fuel cell busses all over Europe,
running in the world largest fuel cell vehicle field
test.

Clean Power from Biogas.
A product of the line FLOX-Reformer Compact is
currently tested by farmatic biotech energy AG. Since 2002 the
companys operates it in a fuel cell plant. CarboTech Engineering is the
system partner here too and delivers the pressure swing adsorption module.
The feasibility of producing electric power efficiently from biogas is being
demonstrated here with our FLOX-reformer technology. The cost
effectivness in comparison with established gas engines has to be proofed, but
the concept has got visionary impact far beyond the fossile
area.

Hydrogen fueling station, airport Munich.
Since December 2003, a FLOX
Reformer modular, type m100/p produces fuel for the hydrogen
busses at the airport Munich. The plant generates up to 100
Nm³/h hydrogen. The customer LINDE AG, worldwide one of the biggest
companies for industrial gases, prefered a container solution, realised and
delivered by WS Reformer's cooperation partner RÜTGERS CarboTech Engineering
GmbH.
